Welcome to the Saints Futbol Academy Men’s UPSL Soccer Team,

As we begin this new chapter for the future of our program, we are excited to announce our participation in the United Premier Soccer League. This initiative is designed to provide our older players with the chance to compete at a semi-professional level and to truly experience what it means to be a professional soccer player, all without the exorbitant costs typically associated with soccer today. At Saints Futbol Academy, we are committed to nurturing our players and helping them reach the levels they have always aspired to. For many of our athletes, the path to professionalism can be challenging, but we aim to plant that seed right here in our local valley. For the first time, we are on the verge of securing our team to participate in this prestigious league, which is rich in professionalism and talent. We eagerly anticipate the upcoming spring season and hope you will join us in realizing our vision of becoming a foundation for future generations. Below, you will find the waiver for tryouts and practices. In January, we will hold practices only on Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Once we commence pre-season in February, we will transition to two practices per week in the evenings, along with pre-season games on Saturdays leading up to the start of the season in mid-March. Release, waiver and discharge: I release, wave and discharge and covenant not to sue Saints Futbol Academy, as well as the City of San Jacinto, the State of California and each of the respective commissioners, directors, officers, employees, agent, successors and assigns, all of which are here in after referred to as "Releasees", from any and all liability to the participant, his or her heirs and next to kin or any other person, For any and all claims, demand, losses, or damages common including injury or death to the participant or damage to property, which, in whole or in part, a rise from, relate to or are alleged to arise from or relate to the soccer league, any and all related events and activities in which I am participating or the facilities or equipment used by myself and others, or caused or alleged to be caused in whole or part by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise, not to sue the releasees with respect to the actions, events and activities. Consent to Photograph, Film or Videotape. I hereby consent to participate in interviews, the use of quotes, and the taking of photographs, movies or videotapes of myself ("Media") by Saints Futbol Academy, and the City of San Jacinto. I also Grant Saints Futbol Academy, United State Adult Soccer Association, and the City of San Jacinto the right to edit and use said Media for appropriate purposes including but not limited to publicity, electronic and print publications, website and all other forms of media. I also hereby release releasees from all claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the above.
